Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@sivakasienterprises.com or call us at 7904567729 so that we can arrange for a replacement or repair as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements and/or are outside of our 30 day return policy window.
